Villa Reservation

booking for those villas listed, on our website

notes :

  • at this stage, we can only receive USD bank transfer settlement
  • at all time, we only expect to receive full settlement, and any charges issued by bank, etc. should be settled at your end
  • cancellation for Villa reservation, can only be forwarded to us in writing. cancellation, will refer to applied Villa’s or Villa Management Company’s Booking Policy
  • 50% Deposit Payment : after receiving your written confirmation of your wanted and placed villa reservation, we will immediately issue, deposit invoice, for required settlement. deposit settlement require to be received in our company’s account, at the latest 5 days after deposit invoice issued date
  • 50% Balance Payment : 2 months or 60 days prior to your C/I date, we will issue balance invoice, for required settlement. balance settlement required to be received in our company’s account, at the latest days prior to C/I date
  • requests of any extra equipment / arrangement (such as extra bed, baby cot, arrival lunch / dinner, mosquito net, pool fence, kid’s pool toys, etc.) which you may need to have during your stay, needs to be forwarded to us at the latest 65 days prior to your arrival date, by stating the info on the provided Rooming List. therefore we can advise you, related info of required items
  • extra bed charges applies, in all villas. and this charges will be added on your villa’s balance invoice
  • F & B at your reserved villa, comes either with groceries system or hotel’s menu system. with villas which applies groceries system, there may be reasonably petrol and handling fee charges
  • invoice for your consumption (such as F & B, groceries petrol and handling fee, massage, body treatment, etc.) during your stay, require to be settled fully to villa through villa manager, at the end of your stay. for related settlement, please note that some villas provide credit card machine, but some do not provide that facility
  • any tips will be appreciated by villa’s team members, which you can handed to the villa manager for distribution, at the end of your stay

Hotel / Other Accommodation Reservation

this is selected additional service for accommodation’s booking (other than villa), that is dedicated for guests / attendees of our Wedding / Event’s client

notes :

  • at this stage, we can only receive USD bank transfer settlement

Transfer IN and OUT

car which is hired with driver, for pick up arrangement from the Airport / other accommodation to our reserved villa OR from our reserved villa to the Airport / other accommodation

notes:

  • charges applies for this, if this service is not included in your villa’s reservation rate
  • reservation for this service, needs to be received in writing, at the very latest 7 days, prior to arrival date. as soon as this reservation is received, we will send email confirmation. once the reservation is confirmed, no cancellation, can be accepted
  • charges applies for baby / kid’s car seat, should they be required, as our vehicles does not provide that
  • fixed USD cash (with 2006 printed year and above) payment, require to be settled to related driver, if in your villa’s reservation rate does not include related service, as soon as you arrive at your destination


Daily Car Rental

car rental for 10 hours a day with English speaking driver, which can take you to different areas in Bali

notes:

  • reservation for this service, needs to be received in writing, at the very latest 7 days, prior to arrival date. as soon as this reservation is received, we will send email confirmation. once the reservation is confirmed, no cancellation, can be accepted
  • car rental charges applies, if your reserved villa, does not provide car during your stay
  • charges applies for baby / kid’s car seat, should they be required, as our vehicles does not provide that
  • car’s petrol, is included in the rental rate
  • extra hour charges applies per hour, for car usage above 10 hours
  • fixed USD cash (with 2006 printed year and above) payment, require to be settled to related driver, as soon as you arrive at your destination, and at end of your rental hour
  • any tips will be appreciated by driver, which you can give directly, at the end of his service


Equipment Hire for Accommodation

items which you can hire through us, to have during your stay, placed / arranged at your reserved villa

notes:

  • after receiving the completed Rooming List, we will provide you a quote for your extra required equipment / arrangement
  • confirmation of provided quote containing hire cost of extra required equipment / arrangement (such as extra bed, baby cot, arrival lunch / dinner, mosquito net, pool fence, kid’s pool toys, etc.) which you may need to have during your stay, needs to be forwarded to us at the latest 65 days, prior to your arrival date. and the confirmed items, will be added to your villa’s / hotel’s balance invoice, which we will issue 60 days prior to your C/I date.
